Technical Support Operator –Dashboard Room (544)
Hevel Modi'in Industrial Park, Israel

Utron is looking for a Technical Support Operator to join our Global Dashboard Room.
In this role, you will operate and support cutting-edge automated parking systems, providing real-time service to clients across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and operate control and automation systems in real time
Identify malfunctions and provide Tier 1 remote technical support to U.S.-based clients
Troubleshoot issues using advanced dashboards and automation tools
Interact with industrial control systems, including PLCs, as part of the troubleshooting process
Escalate complex technical cases to engineering teams when needed
Document events and collaborate with internal R&D and support teams
Full training provided by Utron, with the possibility of on-site training in the U.S.

Requirements and Skills:

Strong technical orientation and logical thinking – must
High-level English – written and verbal communication – must
Availability for a full-time position:
Sunday–Thursday, Rotating 8 Hours Shifts
Occasional availability for evening shifts (15:00–23:00), when necessary
Self-motivated, responsible, and independent, with a strong “can-do” attitude
Relevant technical background – advantage (Technician, Practical Engineer, etc.)
Ability to travel to sites in NY, NJ for on-the-job training
