Export Coordinator- Maternity Leave Replacement

Our Biz Ops Department is growing, expanding its market presence and we׳re looking for a highly motivated Export Coordinator to join us. The successful candidate will take an active role in building the Export team of the Biz Ops Unit with the main goals of coordinating all export activities, working with vendors, agents and shipping companies, to drive the best service to our customers.

The ideal candidate should be interested in working in a fast-paced global tech company and should have excellent service capabilities.

As an Export Coordinator, you will report to Maytronics’ Export Manager and be a part of the Export team, Responsible for the shipments from the company leaving and arriving at their destination on time.This is a significant role in ensuring best service to our customers and enabling flow of good logistics.

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate and communicate between the various departments in the company and the freight forwarders.
Coordinate and determine cost-effective, efficient, competitive method of transportation.
Responsible for the shipments from the company leaving and arriving at their destination on time.
Responsible for checking supplier's invoices.
Responsibility for documentation and the existence of relevant documents - such as: checking bills of lading, original paperwork, export files and more.....
Responsibility for timely updating of the MPP-support center system
Responsible for conducting weekly and monthly internal controls of the department

Requirements:

3+ years as an export coordinator in an industrial company or a shipping company - MUST
Knowledge and experience in international regulations and Incoterms - MUST
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Hebrew – MUST
Well familiar with Office (Mainly Excel) – MUST
Working knowledge of office software, and ERP software - advantage to Priority
