NPI Engineer

Accompanying the transition from development to production (NPI) for products that integrate mechanics, electronic circuits, and communication. This involves working closely with development teams as well as production departments both locally and overseas.

Leading the CCB process – approving or rejecting the implementation of changes in mass production.

Providing technical support for production lines at the company’s various production sites as part of the Engineering Department's operations.

Improving the technical documentation for the various products (schematics, ATP/ATR/Calibration/Programming documents).

Writing change instructions for work procedures.

Requirements:

Electronics Engineer – Mandatory.

5-10 years of practical experience with power supply circuits – Mandatory.

Practical experience with communication equipment at the electronics level – Mandatory.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes for cards and electronic devices in the military field – Advantage

Familiarity with software as: Agile, OrCAD 16, Priority – Mandatory.

Familiarity with communication equipment (Ethernet switches, USB hubs) – Advantage.

Familiarity with enclosures, mechanics, and reading mechanical drawings – Advantage.

Knowledge of Solid Edge software – Advantage.

High level of writing and speaking in English – Mandatory.

Availability for work hours coordinating with production sites abroad (USA and India).
