Are you our next Head of WH Gaming Products?

We are looking for a motivated and experienced leader to drive the William Hill gaming brand as part of the Evoke group. This role will be responsible for overseeing product strategy, roadmap planning, and software development for our Casino, Poker, and Bingo products. Join us to shape the future of gaming by ensuring seamless frontend development and innovative third-party integrations.

What you will be doing:

Lead the product unit and software development for the William Hill gaming brand.
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Casino, Poker, and Bingo.
Pioneer seamless third-party integrations, ensuring a top-notch gaming experience.
Collaborate with business leaders across various markets to align product vision.
Partner with tech leaders, compliance, creative, and marketing teams to enhance platform performance.
Oversee the development and optimization of the frontend for all gaming products.
Oversee the development and optimization of all platforms (Native Apps, Mobile Web, and Desktop).
Identify trends and drive innovation based on a deep understanding of the gambling market.
Ensure high standards of compliance and product quality to meet industry regulations.

Who we are looking for:

You have 5+ years of experience in product management or software development, preferably in the gaming industry.
You are naturally self-driven with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
You have excellent communication skills, capable of aligning various stakeholders toward common goals.
You have experience in managing third-party integrations and frontend development.
You are adept at strategic planning and setting clear, actionable roadmaps.
You are familiar with industry regulations and compliance needs in the gambling sector.

You might also have:

You have a background in leading gaming products such as Casino, Poker, or Bingo.
You are familiar with managing products across multiple markets and adjusting to diverse regulatory environments.
