Job Description

CyberArk is looking for AI Value Architects to drive the design and build of large-scale end-to-end AI transformations (“use cases”) integrated with the redesign of critical processes within the organization as part of the larger company-wide transformation program aimed at transforming how we work using AI, automation, and data. You will bring your unique blend of strategic design thinking, operational understanding, business acumen, and expertise in applying and operationalizing the use of AI, automation, and data to realize the scaled use of these technologies to achieve our strategic, financial, and operational objectives. You will lead and partner and with colleagues from all levels across CyberArk, including senior leaders and SMEs. You will work directly with the Director of Strategic Initiatives, AI Transformation and other stakeholders including IT, business process owners, and operations while gaining exposure to the Executive Leadership Team and the wider transformation initiative across CyberArk

Responsibilities:

Work with senior leaders to drive opportunities for large-scale AI transformations integrated with end-to-end process redesign of key workflows

Lead E2E large scale use cases through a staged agile process (discovery, design, build, pilot, scale), partnering with technology leads and teams throughout

Perform in-depth process mapping and redesign to develop more efficient and effective workflows, including value discovery

Design AI and automation solutions in conjunction with technical experts to integrate with redesigned workflows

Partner with technology leaders to evaluate build/customize/buy decisions

Infuse external best practices and methodologies into the organization through these capability builds, while listening and adapting these best practices with “what’s best for CyberArk” approach

Gain leadership support to resource the capability build and adoption by users and other stakeholders in collaboration with functional SMEs

Coordinate the build, and lead the pilot, including designing and tracking success metrics

Support the enablement and change management associated with scaled adoption of the solutions

Ensure sustained impact at scale by clarifying ownership for continuity and maintenance of the solution

Establish operating rhythm to guide capability build governance, success metrics, and tracking

Maintain strong focus on implementation and change management to ensure strategies are successfully translated into execution

Identify dependencies and risks and develop mitigation plans

Build executive presentations to share insights/implications, provide progress updates, and escalate critical items

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of professional experience

Experience leading AI/automation/data transformation initiatives in the context of high-growth B2B software organization, to drive measurable impact to business performance and customer experience

Experience in business process mapping and redesign, with a strong focus on pragmatic integration of AI/automation/data

Knowledgeable in the ‘art-of-the-possible’ for AI/automation/data with a pragmatic understanding of the technologies’ risks and shortcomings

Energized by ambiguity and solving complex problems via left and right brain thinking

Skilled in strategic program/project management

Strong organizational skills and ability to drive “drumbeat” to move initiatives forward

Experience with change management frameworks and internal communications

Experience working with and translating between deeply technical and non-technical teams
