DevOps Tech Lead

DevOps Tech LeadWe are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Tech Lead with in-depth expertise in Kubernetes, containers, AWS, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Terragrunt), Windows and Linux systems, and proficiency in Bash and Python scripting. Our culture ensures everyone checks their egos at the door and stands ready to reach for success together.In this role, you will be responsible for:Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to ensure smooth deployment, operation, and maintenance of systemsDesign and implement scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure on AWS using best practicesManage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for container orchestrationDevelop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and TerragruntMonitor system performance and implement improvementsCollaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of DevOps processesAbout youMinimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or related rolesExtensive knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologiesProficiency designing Microservice and monolithic applications on AWS servicesProficiency infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Terragrunt)Strong experience with Windows and Linux systems administrationProficient in SRE\Monitoring methodologies (Prometheus Stack)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation toolsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Certification in AWS, Kubernetes, or related technologiesExperience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, DynatraceKnowledge of security best practices for cloud (AWS, in particular) and containerized environmentsExperience in designing and implementing highly available and scalable systemsStrong understanding of networking and web technologies like NginxOur tech teams are the engine behind our business.
