Ready to make an impact? We’re hiring a QA Engineering Leader – Petah Tikva

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end QA activities across projects, from requirements analysis to release.
Design, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Perform hands-on manual testing to ensure product quality and functionality.Identify, document, track, and manage defects using defect tracking tools, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Define and implement QA best practices, processes, and methodologies in alignment with SDLC and STLC standards.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Mentor and guide QA team members, providing technical support and quality leadership when needed.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of test management tools and accurate QA documentation.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
1–3 years of experience in a QA Lead or Senior QA role.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with manual testing techniques.
Proven experience in test case design and execution.
Experience working with defect tracking tools.
Experience with test management tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
