Customer Service Representative (English)

We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (English Speaker) to join our team!

What will you be doing?

Be an effective bridge between the company and clients
Provide first-level support to the company’s clients by chat, e-mail, and phone
Receive requests for assistance and support and respond with the utmost professionalism possible according to the company’s guidelines
Keep the customer’s interest alongside the company’s requirements in mind at all times
Interact with clients through both written and verbal communication
Keep vigilance regarding the company's compliance with Cyprus and Global regulations
Represent the company and product at the highest possible level and provide a “WOW” professional and service experience

Requirements:

This is a shift-based full-time position 08:00-17:00/10:00-19:00/15:00-00:00
full proficiency in English - a Must
Experience working in customer service
Basic understanding of the financial markets
Service Orientation
Phenomenal interpersonal skills
High motivation to succeed and contribute
Work days Monday- Friday
