What you'll achieve

As a Software Senior Principal Engineer, you will drive the architecture, innovation, and delivery of next-generation AI and Cyber Security solutions within Dell's AI Factory ecosystem. This role requires a recognized technical leader with 10+ years of experience influencing technology strategy, leading large-scale initiatives, and delivering secure, enterprise-grade platforms.

You will:

Lead the technical vision, architecture, and execution of AI Factory and Cyber Security initiatives.
Drive the design of scalable, secure, and resilient AI/ML and cloud-native platforms.
Define security-by-design standards across AI systems, infrastructure, and data pipelines.
Partner with global engineering, product, and security teams to influence technology strategy and roadmap.
Mentor senior engineers and establish engineering best practices across organizations.

Essential Requirements

10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cyber Security, or Systems Architecture.
Proven track record of leading complex enterprise-scale architectures and cross-functional technical programs.
Strong expertise in Cloud Technologies, Distributed Systems, and Modern Software Architectures.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML, GenAI technologies, MLOps, or Data Platforms.
Experience with Kubernetes, Containers, and Cloud Security technologies.

Desirable Requirements

Understanding of Cyber Security domains including Cloud Security, IAM, Application Security, and Secure Development Practices.
Strong knowledge of Zero Trust, Security Architecture, Threat Modeling, and Risk Management.
