Compliance Officer

We're looking for a Compliance Officer to join a company that was created to offer its clients a unique experience in the Financial Market

The compliance officer needs to ensure the company complies with its outside and internal regulatory requirements policies with clients and employees.
Role and Responsibilities of the Compliance Officer
• Translate compliance policy into operational procedures and measures
• Encourage awareness in the company of reputation and integrity risk and consequences of laws and regulations on business operation.
• Highlight areas of concern
• General administrative duties (such as file creation and upkeep of ongoing administrative project)
• Review the marketing material, presentations, and website to ensure everyone follows the company policy.
• Work together with the company management to control compliance risks
• Identify and instruct on the new law and regulations
• Contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring, and control the
Compliance company policy

Requirements
- Experience in a regulated financial services company.
- Experience with the Brazilian market.
- Relevant academic (legal, organizational, or training)
- experience in writing policies, procedures, and measures.
