EFA Specialist

Description

Deloitte is looking for an Engagement Financial Advisor (EFA) to support the financial management of client engagements from inception to completion.
The role combines financial analysis, project controlling, forecasting, billing and collection (client-facing), and business partnering with engagement leaders to drive profitability and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage project budgeting, pricing, forecasting, and financial performance.
Monitor revenue, profitability, utilization, and DSO metrics (plan vs. actual).
Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify red flags and delivery insights for Partners and engagement leaders.
Provide financial guidance and recommendations to improve project economics.
Manage billing processes, collections, and financial reconciliations including interface with external clients and their payment systems.
Ongoing interface with project leaders and finance teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
Experience in finance, controlling, budgeting, or financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Advanced Excel proficiency; SAP experience is an advantage.
Experience working with senior stakeholders in at least a medium-size organization.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Fluent Hebrew and strong English skills.
