About the role:

Ceva Software department is responsible for designing validation environments including advanced automation methodology.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coach talented team of validation and automation engineers

Drive full validation life cycle methodologies including requirements analysis, test plans creation, test design and execution, regression automation and more

Consistently review, analyze, improve, and maintain test automation infrastructures and reports

Lead activities that are required to release the product for customers

Define Validation team roadmap and monitor timely backlog execution

Analyze requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

Collaborate globally with architects, development teams and other validation teams

Requirements:

BSC in computer science or similar
3 years experience in leading QA and automation team
Experience in large or medium organizations
Formal and practical knowledge of testing methodologies
Hands on experience in test writing and automation (C++, C, Python)

Advantage:

Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience with Simulators, Compilers, Processors and AI related product validation
