Technical Project Manager, Operation & Administration

We are looking for a skilled and technology-driven Technical Project Manager to lead complex projects and bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives. In this role, you will manage end-to-end project delivery, translate technical requirements into actionable plans, and ensure that solutions are implemented efficiently and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage multiple operational and technical projects from planning through delivery.
Coordinate daily work between Media Buyers, R&D, Data/Feed partners, Advertising Platforms, and Finance.
Identify workflow bottlenecks, optimize processes, and implement scalable operational improvements.
Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual errors and improve performance across teams.
Provide clear communication and regular project updates to stakeholders.
Build and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports.
Identify, escalate, and resolve technical or operational risks early.
Ensure the timely delivery of project milestones by improving collaboration between departments.
Oversee implementation and validation of APIs, conversions, and postback URLs to maintain accurate data flow across systems.

Requirements:

1- 5 years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or related fields.
Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong technical orientation.
Comfortable coordinating between multiple teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English.

Advantages

Experience using AI tools to improve workflows.
