A leading high-tech company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager. This is a key role involving the management of a small team of buyers and responsibility for complex, multidisciplinary procurement processes. Responsibilities: Lead a team of buyers, including task management, mentoring, and professional development Define and execute procurement strategy, goals, and KPIs Identify and qualify new sourcing channels (domestic and international) Conduct negotiations and manage procurement contracts and agreements Manage subcontractors and suppliers (local and global) Build and maintain strong internal and external working relationships Analyze market trends and supply chain risks Provide regular reporting to senior management (KPIs, targets, trends, status) Relevant academic degree (engineering degree – an advantage) At least 2 years of experience in a managerial procurement role Strong understanding of procurement processes and cross-functional interfaces Proven experience in diverse procurement for complex, multidisciplinary systems ( Electronics Components, mechanics, electromechanics, CNC, harness/ cables, 3ed party products) Knowledge of supply chain processes including logistics, import/export Analytical mindset with the ability to lead data-driven processes and performance improvements Experience working with ERP systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment High level of English (spoken and written)
