Job Description

As a Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving your product's strategy and delivery, while ensuring everything aligns with our business and product objectives. In your daily work, you’ll:

Develop a shared vision of your domain collaborating with skilled cross-functional team members to create product strategies that pave the way for long-term success
Motivate talented individuals in cross-functional teams from all backgrounds, such as engineering, design, growth, and data
Take full ownership of your domain by creating and executing product strategies that drive business results and align with the company's business goals
Translate business objectives into actionable product strategies while driving focus and speed
Own the product life cycle: From market, BI, and user research, to defining wireframes, APIs, and scope, setting KPIs, and overseeing the development process

Qualifications

An experienced Product Manager with 4+ years experience, who has successfully delivered complex and impactful products
Exceptional listening skills, and you encourage constructive debates and feedback as part of the decision-making process
You take full ownership of your work, comfortably making decisions in uncertain situations, and you understand how to break down complex problems into actionable steps for efficient product development
You have a data-driven mindset, proficient in working with both qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform and guide product decisions
You have a motivational leadership style capable of uniting diverse stakeholders toward a common goal without relying solely on formal authority
An inherently curious, self-motivated learner, and passionate about acquiring knowledge to stay updated in the field
You thrive on teamwork, collaboration, and transparency, and maintain a positive attitude in professional settings
