As a Marketing QA at Viber, you will be responsible for meticulously testing Viber's global CRM campaigns across various platforms and channels, ensuring a seamless and high-quality user experience. We offer a dynamic and impactful role where you'll directly contribute to the success of our marketing efforts, allowing you to refine your QA expertise and make a significant positive impact on our users' engagement with Viber. The ideal candidate is passionate about data accuracy, campaign integrity, and dedicated to delivering the highest quality in all user communications.

Requirements:

Organized , methodical and able to handle multi-tasking
Excellent attention to detail and dedication to quality.
Self-learner, quick learner, highly motivated and independent individual.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Good troubleshooting capabilities
High-level English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities:

Testing the systems and tools used by the CRM team
Finding issues and understanding levels of severity and probability.
Opening bugs and enhancements.
Perform verifications on fixed issues.
Review product and technical documentation to ensure the requirements that meet the goal are unambiguous and verifiable
Plan and execute test plans and test cases
Push for and strive to resolve issues without compromising quality
Maintain effective communication between all project members at all testing stages to ensure all information regarding product quality has surfaced
Working with Jira and test management tool
