Talent Acquisition Partner

We're looking for a sharp and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across all functions at ONE ZERO -tech, product, business, and more.

You’ll be a true partner to hiring managers, owning every stage of the hiring process: from role definition and sourcing to interviews and closing. You’ll also collaborate with external recruiters when needed, and help build a hiring culture that’s fast, thoughtful, and candidate-centric.

This is a strategic, hands-on role, reporting directly to our VP of HR.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in tech recruitment – must
Experience running full-cycle hiring processes independently
Strong sourcing skills, with proven experience in LinkedIn headhunting
Comfortable recruiting for both tech and business roles
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Hebrew (English – advantage)
Experience working with ATS and recruitment platforms

Your Day-to-Day:

Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, process management, and closing
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
Conduct proactive headhunting on LinkedIn and other platforms
Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, when relevant
Own the candidate experience, ensuring high-quality, human-centered interactions
Track and manage candidates in our ATS and internal systems
Act as a strategic advisor throughout the hiring process
Continuously optimize recruitment workflows and best practices
