Head of Algorithms

Rail Vision is a multidisciplinary startup headquartered in Ra'anana. We utilize the latest Artificial Intelligence and Electro Optics technologies and develop lifesaving, vision systems for the global railway market.

We are looking for Algorithms Group Manager with a proven managerial experience and vast knowledge in the areas of Deep learning and Computer Vision.

As an Algorithm Group Manager in Rail Vision you will:

Lead, coach and serve as the company authority for all Algo related tasks.
Build the Algo group roadmap based on outbound and inbound requirements.
Execute and deliver Algo commitments on time.
Inspire and motivate the teams for best results.
Resolve issues creatively, using the available resources.

Requirements:

At least 6 years of experience in managing Computer Vision and Deep Learning Teams- a must
Experience with managing Team Leaders- a must
Experience with managing multidisciplinary development teams.
Deep understanding of DL, ML, CV and image processing, as well as hands on experience in research and development of those areas.
Innovative and independent.
Proven experience in leading development processes from idea to deployment.
Excellent system perception, but also details oriented person.
Strong communication skills, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and passionate about learning.
Focus on delivery of solutions for real world scenario in challenging and changing timeframe, while maintaining a research horizon.
Deep knowledge in CNN for object detection, classification, segmentation & anomaly detection.
Experience in Python.
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering\ Computer Sciences (or equivalent).
Good understanding of code life cycle.
