POS&OCS Project Manager

Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Purpose of the JobTo manage the Project according to the contract through the delivery of all work packages according to QCD commitmentsTo co-ordinate project management activities with the Project Director and ensure that all requirements of that contract are supportedPart of the MissionsManage Project sub-systems maturity, follow-up KPIs and improve the approval processDelivery performance (OTD, DFQ) in line with targetsGate Review ManagementManage interface with client so as to satisfy requirements complianceAchievement of QCD commitmentsManagement of Risks and savingsCash flow managementContribution to the overall project gross marginKnowledge & ExperienceEducational : Civil or Mechanical Master Degree.Good Knowledge in Alstom Infrastructure Project Subsystems (POS/OCS)10 years minimum experience in Railway sector.Project and/or construction experience preferred.Computering skills : Microsoft Office pack, Autocad and MS project (a plus).Behavioural and Technical SkillsExtensive management skills to deal with uncertainty in ProjectsLeading Team in various Countries at the same timeInitiatives, self-motivated for technical matters and speed learning.Autonomy and rigour.Ability to adapt to multi-disciplinary environments.Job location in northern IsraelYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
