Inviting applications for the role of Technical Support Engineer!

This position is located at our Upper Galilee site in the Hubayta Complex

Help our customers with issues and questions related to our product.

Responsibilities

•         Be part of a large corporate in a global environment

•         Work Mon-Fri (3 days from home)

•         Take on-call shifts during nights and weekends

•         Respond to and troubleshoot customer-reported issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed

•         Learn our product, tools, and support processes with guidance from experienced colleagues

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

•         BA in computer science or equivalent

•         English – excellent writing and conversational skills

•         Basic exposure to PowerShell or scripting

•         Basic SQL knowledge

•         Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript

•         Exposure to programming concepts; ASP.NET would be an advantage

•         Willingness to learn system log analysis

•         Basic familiarity with Windows servers

•         Interest in cloud services

•         0-2 years of relevant experience, internships, or academic projects in a similar area

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•         Exposure to Azure

•         Exposure to Azure DevOps

•         Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes and Docker

•         Familiarity with Grafana

•         Exposure to Web services and OAuth authentication

•         Exposure to Azure Open AI

•         Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
