Inviting applications for the role of QA Automation Lead – Agentic AI! 

This position is located at our Upper Galilee site in the Hubayta Complex

In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. 

Responsibilities 

• Agentic Test Automation, CI CD DevOps Integration, Performance and load testing, Cloud and containerization, Test management and bug tracking AI/ML testing, Agentic Testing 

• Development of new automated tests and the uplift of existing to handle new features 
• An attitude to debug issues and provide solutions to the issues raised while testing and having a “Can do” attitude with an eye for Quality  
• Mindset to be always tuned to collaboration across scrum teams and cross functional teams 
• Integration of latest trending best practices, tools, techniques, tips, and tricks in automation infrastructure 
• Automation initiatives to reduce functional defects and uncover performance problems early, well before code is released into production 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA), with a strong focus on test automation. 
• BE/ B Tech/ MCA/M Tech  
• C#, .NET 10, Playwright 
• Browser-based test automation  

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Core OOP concepts understanding 
• Expertise in automation infrastructure maintenance 
• Hands on experience in tooling like Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work as part of a global team  
• Hands on experience in testing and understanding testing concepts
