Junior Project Manager - Engineering

Role Overview

Support an Agile team in delivering value by facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and helping the team follow Agile principles — under the guidance of a senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Scrum events (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective).
• Help identify and remove impediments blocking the team's progress.
• Support backlog management and refinement together with the Product Owner.
• Track and share basic Agile metrics (Velocity, Burndown, Sprint progress).
• Protect the team from distractions and promote a self-organizing culture.
• Encourage continuous improvement through effective retrospectives.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Basic understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira / Azure DevOps – advantage).
• Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM I) – an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to other frameworks (Kanban, SAFe).
• Background in software development or QA.
