What you will be doing

Leverage generative AI to automate processes and enhance efficiency across the organization.
Analyze divisions to distinguish between effective and ineffective operations.
Design and implement restructuring strategies for key operational areas like Customer Support, Pricing, and Sales using Trilogy's established methodologies.

What you will NOT be doing

Engaging in high-level management or delegation; administrative tasks are automated, freeing you to focus on execution.
Maintaining steady-state operations; once improvements are in place, you move to the next project.
Starting from scratch; instead, you'll utilize proven growth strategies to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

Implement operational frameworks to revitalize underperforming companies using our playbook, and provide feedback for its enhancement.
Ensure positive financial margins and high customer retention for our acquired software companies.

Candidate Requirements

Over 5 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, with deep knowledge of software practices.
More than 5 years in an operational role.
At least 3 years in a customer-facing position such as Support, Sales, or Collections.
Proven experience in using generative AI tools to boost productivity.
