Bookkeeper

Natural Intelligence, a global leader in performance marketing, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Finance Department and support key financial operations across the organization.Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes (local and international), including MASAV and multi-bank paymentsMaintain and analyze the accounts payable aging report, including vendor reconciliationsHandle month-end closing activities, including vendor accruals and prepaid expensesPrepare and maintain bank account reconciliationsProcess employee expense reimbursements and related reconciliationsIssue invoices for intercompany transactions and fixed-asset salesPrepare and submit reports to authorities (VAT, Income Tax, Withholding Tax, etc.)Assist with external audit requirements and support ad-hoc projectsRequirements:Certified Bookkeeper – Type 3Minimum of 7 years of experience in high-tech companiesPrevious experience in Accounts Payable – a mustStrong knowledge of tax regulations and reportingExperience with NetSuite ERP systemProficiency in Microsoft ExcelHigh proficiency in English (written and spoken)Experience with Mesh credit cards and ComBTAS travel systems – an advantageProactive and self-motivated professionalAbout Natural IntelligenceFounded in 2009, we've grown into an industry leader while remaining bootstrapped.
