As the Global Head of Amazon Marketing Cloud you will play a critical role in establishing and leading a new global data team dedicated to developing cutting-edge Amazon Marketing Cloud use cases and dashboards for our Amazon Ads customers. This role is designed for an entrepreneurial self-starter with a robust analytical background, a passion for Martech, and a proven track record of simplifying and automating manual processes to enhance efficiencies and data analysis workflows.
What you’ll do:
Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the creation and implementation of innovative Amazon Marketing Cloud solutions that meet the evolving needs of our global Amazon Ads customers.
Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a global team of data analysts and engineers focused on the delivery of high-impact Amazon Marketing Cloud use cases and dashboards.
Process Optimisation: Leverage your extensive experience to streamline and automate manual data analysis processes, reducing time spent on data analysis and enhancing workflow efficiencies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams across different locales to ensure the seamless integration and adoption of Amazon Marketing Cloud solutions.
Data Expertise: Demonstrate deep expertise in SQL queries, data analysis, and the translation of complex data sets into actionable insights for business growth.
Market Insights: Stay ahead of Martech trends and Amazon Marketing Cloud advancements to ensure Aleph Holding remains at the forefront of innovation.
What You Need For This Role:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analysis, Martech solutions, or related fields, with a strong preference for candidates with experience working across multiple locales.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Language: English language fluency
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a passion for using data to drive decision-making.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools.
Proven track record of improving workflows and reducing manual data analysis time.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a global team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultural and geographical teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
