Senior Sales Representative

We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Representative to lead our phone sales efforts in our Herzliya-based call center. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and ensuring our clients have an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Convert leads into active clients by effectively communicating the value proposition of our Fintech platform.
• Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, data analytics, and customer support teams to optimize sales or retention processes.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in phone sales, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Turkish / German / Chinese or Japanese (mother tongue level).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Results-driven: Passionate about exceeding sales targets and contributing to company growth.
