As a Product Manager for the Wiliot Cloud Platform, you will be responsible for leading the development and growth of our cloud-based platform, which enables seamless connectivity, data management, and advanced analytics for our cutting-edge Internet of Things (IoT) devices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, and customer success, to define and execute the product strategy, ensuring successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet customer needs. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of cloud-based platforms and IoT ecosystems.

• Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the long-term product strategy for the Wiliot Cloud Platform, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Roadmap Planning: Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, incorporating customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities, to guide the evolution and expansion of the platform.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and market research to identify and prioritize customer needs, translating them into clear and actionable product requirements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product vision, drive effective execution, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Agile Development: Implement agile methodologies to drive product development, including iterative releases, frequent testing, and continuous improvement.
• User Experience (UX): Champion the importance of user-centric design and collaborate with product designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences across the Wiliot Cloud Platform.
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation, understand industry trends, and make informed product decisions.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product updates, project status, and roadmap plans to key stakeholders, including executives, partners, and customers, ensuring alignment and building strong relationships.
• Metrics and Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics, monitoring and analyzing product performance to inform future enhancements and drive data-driven decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years proven experience in product management, with a focus on cloud-based B2B platforms and IoT ecosystems.
• Strong technical background and understanding of cloud computing, data management, APIs, and FE applications.
• Experience in working with AI Tools, Mobile tools and analytics dashboards
• Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and scaling SaaS applications and application hosting infrastructure for API-based platforms.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a strong ability to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to balance customer needs with company objectives.
