We are looking for an experienced autonomous QA team leader for an exciting and challenging position!

This is a full-time position, on-site, in Netanya.

The job requires fieldwork in different locations around the country.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the testing team.
Design, implement, and maintain testing processes across multiple systems.
Perform integration, functional, regression, and other types of testing.
Identify, troubleshoot, and track issues and defects within integrated systems.
Work closely with development and DevOps teams to optimize processes.
Optimize testing for integration while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Train and professionally manage team members.
Generate detailed reports on test results and integration outcomes, with suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in integration testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role - must

Experience with integration testing of complex, multi-system environments - must

Proficiency in modern development technologies and programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) - advantage

Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM)

Knowledge and experience with Agile development methodologies

Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and maintain high-quality standards

High level of English writing and reading

Technical abilities: Investigative and questioning ability, Ability to think outside the box

Personal abilities: Proactivity ⁠Independence, ⁠Self discipline, Ability to investigate

Experience working with microservices - major advantage

Experience in the drone or autonomous vehicles field – major advantage

Experience working with mobax - Advantage

Knowledge of writing and reading scripts - Advantage

Experience working within a Linux environment and good system understanding - Advantage

Ability to multitask and work under immense pressure - Advantage

Knowledge and experience in Command and control systems - Advantage

Computer Science graduate or related technology unit graduate - Advantage
