Global Compensation Lead

Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Global Compensation Lead to join our HR team. Based in Israel and reporting to the Head of Global C&B, this role will be responsible for leading the design, execution, and governance of global compensation programs, ensuring competitiveness, equity, and alignment with our business and talent strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a global subject matter expert on compensation, advising HR and business leaders on salary structures, incentive plans, job evaluations, and compensation trends.
Lead the design and implementation of Total Rewards Frameworks, Guidelines and Policies to Support the business strategy and to ensure consistency and scalability across geographies
Lead and execute strategic, cross-regional Compensation & Benefits projects, ensuring effective alignment with global objectives while managing multiple stakeholders and navigating complex, matrixed organizational structures
Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to inform compensation decisions and maintain market competitiveness
Manage compensation governance, including compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Provide analytical support and insights through compensation modeling, cost analysis, and scenario planning
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve compensation-related systems, analytics, and tools

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Compensation roles, multinational or global environments – must
Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and tools across multiple countries
Proven experience leading global or regional compensation programs.
Advanced Excel and analytical skills; experience with compensation systems (e.g., Workday, Radford, Mercer) is a must.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to navigate and influence within a complex, matrixed global environment, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions, regions, and levels of the organization.
High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Ability to translate complexity into clarity and action
Fluent in English; Hebrew is an advantage
