IT Support Specialist

Innoviz Technologies is a global leader in LiDAR technology. Beyond automotive, Innoviz provides off-the-shelf LiDAR solutions for defense and homeland security, intelligent traffic management, mobility, robotics, and aerial applications.

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support and help ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role involves assisting end users, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering reliable support in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support for end users, both on-site and through phone and remote support
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights through Active Directory
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications and resolve related issues
• Ability to prioritize urgent requests
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strive to achieve the highest SLA 

• This role is fully on-site (No hybrid) with changing shifts between 08:00-17:00 and 09:00-18:00
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in IT roles
• Technical knowledge with Windows environment: Windows 11, Office, Active Directory, & Microsoft online services: EntraID, Intune, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams
• Experience troubleshooting Laptops, Desktops, Printers & Multimedia equipment issues
• Experience with Linux, networking fundamentals, RMM tools, PowerShell scripting and MacOS – a significant advantage
• English proficiency
