Responsibilities

Lead and own the comprehensive design and management of the game’s economy, ensuring a seamless integration with core gameplay loops and enhancing user experience.
Strategize and balance both the free and paid economies, including pricing virtual goods and configuring in-game activities to optimize player engagement and revenue.
Continuously monitor and analyze economy-related KPIs to detect and address any imbalances that could negatively impact the game’s overall health.
Develop a deep understanding of the business objectives while driving initiatives that maximize player engagement, retention, and monetization.
Design, implement, and analyze economic models, simulations, and A/B tests to inform and validate changes to the game economy.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including analytics, product, monetization, and development, to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.

Requirements

2+ years of proven experience in data analysis or economics within a B2C Company.
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Exceptional proficiency in Excel, with advanced skills in formulas, data manipulation, and analysis.
Strong passion for working with numbers, data analysis, and complex formulas.
Strong technical skills and quick learning ability.
An interest in mobile games.
Knowledge of SQL – an advantage.
