We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage daily financial operations and bookkeeping up to trial balance. The role involves working with advanced financial systems, handling global clients, and managing complex financial processes in a multi-currency environment.

Responsibilities:
Processing vendor invoices in a multi-currency ERP system, including preparing payments to vendors.
Managing accounts payable (AP), including reconciliations and expense tracking.
Billing for global customers, handling accounts receivable (AR) reconciliation.
Responsible for collection processes and follow-ups.
Managing deferred revenues and deferred expenses.
Reconciling bank and credit card transactions, including processing and uploading bank statements.
Reconciliation and processing travel reports and employee reimbursements.
Supporting month, quarter, and year-end closing procedures.
Performing multi-currency bookkeeping and working with global stakeholders.
Performing ad-hoc financial tasks as required.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper, up to trial balance.
Proficiency in SAP Business One – mandatory.
High-level English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
Strong Excel skills – mandatory.
Experience working with global companies – an advantage.
Technological approach and ability to work with various affiliate financial systems.
Accuracy with great attention to detail.
Service-oriented with a can-do attitude.
Curious and eager to learn.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
