Upstream is looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer Intern to join the Customer Success Management (CSM) Group for a part-time internship (relevant for BA / BSc or MA/MSc students). This role encompasses critical responsibilities such as validating technical procedures, crafting detailed technical documentation, and contributing to the development of customer demos.
The Technical Solutions Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the precision and effectiveness of technical processes, documenting them comprehensively, and assisting in the creation of captivating demo environments for customers.
Successful candidates will be expected to acquire in-depth knowledge of technical subjects, discern customer needs, and provide customized solutions. Additionally, they may be tasked with conducting product demos and training sessions, supporting the sales team, and implementing innovative technical solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential qualities for thriving in this position.
This role is part-time and is Herzliya, Israel based.
Requirements:
BSc.Student in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems Engineering - a must
At least two years until graduation
Availability for at least two full working days a week - from the office.
Passion for technology and innovation
Python programming experience
Strong technical skills with the ability to understand and troubleshoot system and application flows, deep dive into sophisticated problems & find their root cause
High level of English written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and able to consistently deliver excellent quality in a timely manner
Problem solver with the ability to work well under pressure
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Operations teams to identify and resolve technical issues at their root cause, providing effective solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation for product changes and procedural guidelines
Manage technical internal processes and operations efficiently
Customize and develop engaging product demo environments to showcase features and capabilities
Foster close collaboration with R&D, Product teams, and Account Management to ensure alignment and support across all departments
