What You’ll Be Doing:
Team Leadership & Management: Overseeing professional teams including performance & programmatic, marketing automation, social media, thought leadership and influencer marketing, located in Israel, US and India.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Leading the synergy between dark funnel and paid media, adapting to new tools and platforms, adhering to latest trends, creating engaging and results driven content and campaigns.
P&L Management: Managing the department as an independent profit and loss unit.
Client Management: Working with senior executives and decision makers in the local and international market, leading marketing meetings and accompanying sales processes.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Responsibility for cross-company marketing projects while controlling products and meeting deadlines. Ensure all digital initiatives align with client goals and business objectives.
Relationship Coordination: Managing the relationship with the external and internal interfaces in the organization. Managing, leading and improving processes.
Requirements:
Experience: In depth knowledge of social media and marketing strategies with proven experience leading people and managing end-to-end digital processes.
Team Leadership: At least 4-5 years of experience in management positions in the world of marketing / social media / digital marketing.
Execution Planning & Collaboration: Able to connect the dots between business goals and digital activities, with a track record of driving performance and fostering a collaborative work environment. Experience in both strategy and execution planning efficiently and monitoring the ongoing work of your professional teams.
Hands-on Campaign Management: Experience in analyzing data, engaging audiences with appealing content and adapting strategies based on real results.
P&L Management: In-depth business understanding and previous experience in managing marketing budgets and P&L
Client Management: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to clients.
Bilingual: Fluent in Hebrew and English.
·Mindset: A team player with positive energy that motivates employees, peers and charms customers. Creative and committed to results.
Experience and in-depth knowledge in the worlds of B2B - an advantage.
