As System Engineering Team Lead you will manage a team of senior system engineers. You will lead the team in working on multi-disciplinary projects in all phases: research, POC, design and support of the portfolio of products in our company. You will work closely with other teams: Product Owners, Project Managers, Hardware, Embedded, AI, Mechanics, Software, Data, Automated Test Equipment and Testing.

The responsibilities will include establishing work processes, improving the quality of the team’s deliveries, meeting deadlines across multiple projects and growing the teams’ expertise and capabilities.

The position requires multidisciplinary understanding, ability to quickly grasp new technological aspects as well as constraints and the capability to work in a multi-site matrix organization. You will be expected to lead the technical design of the solution as a system of systems, as well as for each sub system of the complete solution.

Requirements:

· BSC/MSc in Electrical engineering or similar.

· Experience with RF communication technologies (BLE, WiFi, LTE-M etc) for applications

· Minimum of 3 years managerial experience.

· Extensive experience as system engineer in multi-disciplinary systems integrated with Algorithms.

· Experience in working with communication products, Embedded, HW, RF systems

· Problem solver with good personal and teamwork skills.

· Ability to understand IoT complex systems and quickly grasp new technical concepts, analyze technical risks and compare between alternatives.

· Experience in working on complex multidisciplinary projects that requires a high level of technical know-how

Advantage:

· Experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning running on the edge

· Experience with Linux environment

· Knowledge in backend systems and serverless solutions

· MSc in System Engineering or similar
