As a Staff Product Designer in this team, you will lead a design team which constantly ships experiences that affect the lives of millions by establishing and driving design principles that solve complex UX problems.

You will have the opportunity to imagine, create and test new product concepts with cross-functional teams in Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering and influence the product roadmap based on joint product vision and user feedback.

To bring to life amazing experiences for our users and deliver impactful business results, we are looking for a Staff Product Designer to bridge the gap between conceptual design, deep research and platform-grade capabilities. You should be comfortable moving fast and collaborate across teams, geographies and cultures.

Data-Driven Innovator: Continuously experiment and test design solutions, leveraging customer research and data analysis to validate decisions and drive product improvement.
Collaborative Leader: Foster a culture of open communication and teamwork, partnering effectively with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, researchers) to achieve shared goals.
