Managing Director – Capital Raising & Investor Relations

*The Opportunity*

We are seeking an *exceptional Managing Director of Capital Raising & Investor Relations* to *build and lead our capital formation division from the ground up*. This is a high-impact role for a proven capital raiser with an extensive *network of family offices, RIAs, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and institutional investors* who can drive immediate fundraising success and develop a long-term investor pipeline.

*Key Responsibilities*
* *Develop and execute* a comprehensive capital raising strategy targeting LP investors.
* Leverage *existing investor relationships* to drive immediate fundraising success.
* Expand Paragon’s *network of family offices, institutional LPs, and private investors*.
* Lead all investor relations activities, including *due diligence, reporting, and communications*.
* Structure and present *investment opportunities* in alignment with *Reg D 506-B and other private equity frameworks*.
* Oversee *capital stack structuring*, ensuring optimal financial strategies for each development.
* Build and lead a *team of investor relations professionals*, scaling the department as the firm grows.
* Represent Paragon at *industry conferences, private investor events, and strategic meetings*.

*Who You Are*
* *Proven track record in raising capital* for *real estate private equity, investment funds, or direct sponsor-led deals*.
* Established relationships with *LP investors, family offices, RIAs, and institutional allocators*.
* *10+ years of experience* in investor relations, capital raising, or institutional sales.
* Strong knowledge of *private real estate investments, fund structures, and capital markets*.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a *proactive approach to building and leading a team*.
* Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Experience with *alternative investments, tax-efficient structures, and real estate financial modeling*.
* Ability to thrive in a *performance-driven, high-reward environment*.

*Compensation & Incentives*
* *Base salary:* *$98,000 – $250,000*, based on experience and network strength.
* *Uncapped commissions* – *1.5%+ of capital raised*. Top performers earn *$1M+ annually*.
