Compliance Product Manager

We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet all regulatory requirements within the UK's highly regulated market. You'll act as a bridge between our Compliance and Product teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring a smooth product development lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

Own the entire product lifecycle from a compliance perspective, leading and supporting all compliance-related executions.
Deep dive into regulations, analyze requirements, and translate them into actionable plans.
Develop comprehensive Compliance Requirements Documents (CRD) that consider both business and operational needs.
Establish a clear sign-off process for all compliance requirements.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Compliance and Product teams throughout the product development process.
Manage regulatory incidents effectively, including investigation, determining implications, implementing fixes, and communicating with customers and reporting bodies. You'll also ensure proper controls and procedures are in place to prevent future occurrences.
Collaborate seamlessly with various stakeholders across the company, including Compliance managers, Risk Management, Product Owners, Monitoring teams, Data teams, and Marketing teams.
Partner with the legal team to seek expert advice on regulatory requirements.
Job Requierments

Are You the Perfect Fit?

A strong compliance background, preferably within the gaming industry, is a plus.
You possess excellent project management skills and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
You hold a relevant Bachelor's degree (Industrial Management Engineering a plus), is a plus.
You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft clear and concise documents.
You demonstrate a relentless commitment to accountability and deliver top-notch results.
You possess a data-driven mindset and have prior data experience.
