Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at Friends, you will play a crucial role in driving the product vision and strategy for our innovative solutions. Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Conduct market research and user interviews to gather insights that inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, market trends, and business goals.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Mentor and support junior product managers and other team members, fostering a culture of innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
