Description:
- Providing practical, business-oriented legal advice to senior management on significant issues.
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and closing a wide variety of commercial contracts with Company’s international customers, suppliers and partners.
- Interacting with all other Company departments in Israel and with our subsidiaries abroad.
- Setting up subsidiaries abroad and managing external law firms in different territories.
- Handling data protection / privacy related issues.
- Dealing with IP matters, patents and trademarks related issues.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in commercial international law; preferably working in a legal department of a technology company or in a hi-tech department of a law firm.
- English – Native / Full professional proficiency – must.
- Efficient team player, service oriented, can operate independently while multi-tasking.
- Dynamic and pro-active personality.
- Hard worker, well-organized.
