Director, Implementation Workflow Automation

About You:

You have a proven track record of success in managing and improving implementation workflows within a high-growth SaaS company, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
You possess a deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
You're a tech-savvy leader with a strong understanding of automation tools and their potential to streamline operations.
You have excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the implementation team with a hands-on approach, ensuring efficient and timely deployment of our solutions for new clients.
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for automating key stages of the implementation workflow, actively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Leverage technology to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction during implementation, taking a hands-on approach to implementing solutions.
Work collaboratively with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment throughout the implementation process.
Develop and implement training programs for the implementation team on new tools and methodologies, potentially including hands-on training sessions.
Track and analyze implementation metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement, with a data-driven and hands-on approach to optimization.
