Sales Operations- Cypriot Citizenship Required

NextVision, a publicly traded company specializing in the development and manufacturing of stabilized cameras, is looking for a sales operations support the establishment of a new company that will be based in Cyprus. *** The position is not a relocation *** Responsibilities Manage ongoing communication with suppliers, including issuing purchase orders and monitoring their fulfillment. Perform receipt of goods in the system and manage the inventory receiving process – no physical warehouse work involved. Receive, process, and manage customer orders.

Track orders, shipments, and ongoing logistics processes. Work closely with the local accounting team. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, both locally and internationally. Handle various operational and administrative tasks as required.

Cypriot citizenship or citizenship of an EU member state – mandatory. At least 3 years of experience in logistics and operations – mandatory. Very high level of English – mandatory. Familiarity with Priority or another ERP system – a significant advantage.

Good command of Excel and Microsoft Office. Experience working in a global company or international environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
