We are looking for a strong Algo Engineer to join our team. We use cutting-edge research and machine-learning methods to develop deep learning algorithms that automatically analyze drones' data, such as thermal, OGI, and high-resolution RGB cameras.

The professional we are looking for should have an executioner state of mind, and an out-of-the-box thinking, combined with the ability to lead relevant research and discovery, when needed.

Our Computer vision team develops state-of-the-art algorithms to address the various perception tasks required for our autonomous drones, such as object detection and scene perception.

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Computer Vision and AI solutions.
• Translate business and product requirements into scalable, algorithm-based solution designs and implementations.
• Design, train, test, and analyze deep learning models.
• Own the complete algorithm development lifecycle to deliver cutting-edge, production-grade solutions.
• Lead the adoption of algorithm software development best practices within the R&D team.
• Analyze data-related requirements, define data strategies, and mentor data collection/annotation activities.

• 6+ years of experience developing AI/Computer Vision algorithms 
• Proven track record of successfully bringing Computer Vision algorithms and deep learning models from research into production.
• BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field (MSc is a strong advantage).
• Strong software engineering skills with the ability to write clean, production-ready code.
• Extensive experience with Python ML/CV frameworks and deep learning frameworks. Deep understanding of modern Deep Learning architectures and algorithms.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor peers.
