8+ years of experience in getting things done in a distributed, large-scale, and fast-growing environment.
6+ years of proven hands-on production-grade development experience.
5+ years of experience in managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with scalable infrastructure (Kubernetes, Serverless, Lambda) and public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong understanding of data-ops and ML/AI technologies.
Experience with large-scale SaaS production services, databases, and Big Data.
Experience implementing and managing DevOps practices and CI/CD architecture.
Experience building products that revolve around data ingest and analytics.
Strong technical craft mastery and engineering discipline.
Deep organization capabilities, especially regarding influence, collaboration, and communication
Experience effectively balancing toil/technical debt with new customers.

Requirements:

What you’ll do:

Build and lead the company's engineering team.
End-to-end responsibility for the company's R&D vision, performance, and deliverables.
Recruit and build engineering organization, growth, and strategy.
Help build, deliver against, and design the company’s product roadmap.
Work closely with design partners and prospective customers to ensure the success of active engagement, synthesizing feedback to make needed changes and improvements to the product.
