DESCRIPTION

Leading the industry cyber and security standards, and Compliance processes in a Financial environment.

Managing the cyber and security risks assessment and mitigation operations.

REQUIREMENTS
A degree and/or Accreditation in business, finance, Information Systems, risk management, cyber security, or a related field.
Fluent in English (written and oral).
At least 3 years experience in Leading compliance and risk assessment, mitigation planning, and implementation, within a financial company/systems-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work output.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and characterize appropriate reports for the purpose of performing controls.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to manage risk assessments and penetration tests in collaboration with internal and external IT and PT teams.
Ability to conduct findings validation process with internal and external IT and PT teams.
Experience in information security standards (e.g. SOC1, SOC2,ISO 27001, NIST CSF)
Experience in risk management and assessment methodologies
Project management skills
Certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, or CISSP are a plus
