*About the role*

Safebooks is building a new category in financial technology. Marketing operates in a fast-moving, hands-on environment and spans acquisition, content, SEO, social, events, operations, and experimentation.

This role is designed to support and extend the marketing function by owning execution across multiple initiatives. You will work closely with the VP of Marketing and be involved across the full marketing lifecycle, from research and planning through execution and optimization.

This is a highly operational role with meaningful responsibility and strong learning opportunities from day one.

*Requirements*

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing role or environment.
* Strong motivation and a high level of personal drive.
* Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, channels, and funnels.
* Proven ability to execute, prioritize, and deliver tasks independently.
* Self-starter with strong self-management and learning capabilities.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Fluent English, written and spoken (professional level required)

*Responsibilities*

*Marketing execution*

* Execute marketing initiatives end to end across content, social, SEO, events, and related activities.
* Turn briefs and ideas into high-quality marketing assets and deliverables.
* Support ongoing campaigns and initiatives with reliable execution and follow-through.

*Research & support*

* Conduct market, competitor, and ICP research to support messaging and campaign development.
* Provide structured inputs and insights to inform marketing decisions.

*Content, social & operations*

* Support social media execution, primarily on LinkedIn.
* Assist with content workflows, including coordination, editing, scheduling, and publishing.
* Work with marketing tools and systems related to content, automation, and analytics.
* Help maintain organization and operational clarity across marketing activities.

*AI & efficiency*

* Explore and apply AI tools to support research, content creation, and marketing operations.
* Assist in building simple AI-based workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
