Editorial Lead

A digital marketing company is looking for a driven and ambitious Editorial Lead with fluent level English and a deep understanding of American internet culture to join their company in Herzliya. This intensive role involves team leadership, content creation, and listicle writing for their popular humour and entertainment brands. You'll lead a team of full-time staff and freelancers, create engaging content, and drive new ventures and monetization strategies.

The ideal candidate will be required to attend meetings outside of regular Israel work hours (US-facing) and extra hours, if needed.

The role is based in Herzliya and reports directly to Israel site manager.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create original, entertaining content for their clients.
* Manage editorial teams and freelancers.
* Lead new content formats and monetization initiatives.
* Collaborate with editors, producers, and executives.

Requirements:
* Team management experience - a must!
* Strong knowledge of American internet culture, memes, and online trends.
* Fluent level English with excellent writing and grammar skills.
* Professional writing and editing experience, ideally for media or entertainment websites.
* Willingness to work outside regular hours to accommodate US-facing meetings.
* A positive, ambitious, and results-driven attitude.
