Overview of Role

The Client Advisor (Israel Onshore) is the face of Rothschild & Co's business in Israel. The Client Advisor leads new client acquisition and retention through a broad knowledge of investments, banking, and financial planning.

The potential candidate will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new HNW & UHNW clients in Israel, and should have a solid track record of demonstrating both market and product experience with inherent good business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

Ability to formulate and execute on a 3-5 years strategy & business plan with target AuM's and people
Proven successful track record in building trusted relationships with clients, client acquisition and deliver excellent service;
Fully aligned and complementary to the Israel offshore team, expectation to work in close collaboration and team spirit
Partner closely with the different lines of business in Switzerland and other key locations
A passion to perform in a highly motivated team, entrepreneurial and teamwork is essential
Demonstrate strong financial and quantitative analysis knowledge
Excellent presentation and communication skills, persuasive personality

Experience, Qualifications, Skills and Competencies Required

Solid business experience of 5 - 10 years in Private Banking covering Israeli clients
Well-connected within high-tech sector and proven track-record within high-tech entrepreneurs
Strong knowledge of global financial markets and experience in structuring and managing portfolios across all asset classes
Bilingual (English and Hebrew), additional languages are an asset
Person of integrity, high sense of responsibility, personal engagement/initiative, pronounced entrepreneurial attitude, seeking continuous improvement
Creative mind in finding investment solution for clients in challenging market circumstances
Awareness and knowledge of compliance, legal and regulatory practice in the relevant markets
Flexibility, curiosity, 'can do' attitude, high social competence, proactive
