We are looking for a UI/UX designer to join the team and help us bring some color and spark into the legal world.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience as UX\UI designer (product, digital or web) at a startup environment.
You have experience collaborating closely with R&D
You have a positive attitude and great social skills
You possess the ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
You have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadline

You:

Hold the flag for User-centric design
Have your own voice but you can also find your way into a consistent line.

Experience working on digital products (displayed on your portfolio)

What you will do:

Lead processes and design projects while guiding other designers into success
Use your interpersonal communication skills to work within dynamic and fast cross-functional teams
Brainstorm and design new features and take concepts through to production
Focus on user experience using research and live results
Collaborate with the product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to develop a smooth user experience with high-end look and feel
