Legal Counsel

Description:

Nayax is looking for a Legal Counsel to join the legal department. As a member of the legal department the legal counsel will be responsible to support various legal projects, including manging the legal aspects of engagmenets with third parties, ensure implementation of various legal procedures and policies within the company and assist with management of corporate governance.

The legal counsel will report directly to the Group DPO & Senior Legal Counsel.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Advise and support various business units, departments and teams across the group on legal matters.
• Handle worldwide legal projects that include cooperation with multiple stakeholders, including legal tech, automation and promoting legal operational excellence.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various commercial contracts.
•  Support procurement processes related to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage outsourcing relationships in the group, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Handle corporate secretarial for various entities in the Nayax Group.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

• A qualified lawyer in Israel
• 1-3 years of experience as a commercial/hi-tech/corporate governance/procurement lawyer in a law firm or as an in-house in a company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong orientation in implementing internal procedures and policies.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
